How can we help?

Below are some of the most common questions, but should you require more help, then feel free to contact us.

Q: When does enrolment take place?

A: Due to the number of classes we run, enrolment can be any time, as our Spanish courses in London run throughout the whole calendar year not just the academic one.

Q: I have concerns about signing up and paying for classes with a school I have never had lessons with before. What should I do?

A: We have ‘open door’ as well as ‘peace of mind’ policies at Spanish Connection for all new students looking to sign up to our classes. These policies take away the risk of enrolling. Please ask for specific details.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Yes. We offer the following discounts:
  • 15% discount for individual lessons, Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
  • 10% discount for students with student ID.
  • 15% discount if you book an intensive course of 6 hours minimum a week at any time of the day.
  • Spanish Connection has a peace of mind policy – should the first lesson not meet your expectations, we will give you a full refund of your total enrolment payment (not including the first lesson).

Q: Can I get a certificate at the end of my course?

A: Yes, we can provide certificates for all students.

Q: Do you send homework should I not be able to attend my lesson?

A: Yes. Our administration team will make sure that homework is sent via email with information from lessons missed. All you will need to do is contact us to request homework.

Q: How many students are there per group?

A: A maximum of 6 students at our Regent Street and Bank locations, per teacher with no minimum (many other schools have up to 15 students in a group).

Q: Will I always have the same teacher?

A: At Spanish Connection, consistency is very important in the learning process and therefore, as much as possible, we keep the same teacher every term for both group and individual tuition.

Q: Is course material provided?

A: We can provide material to compliment our courses at a discounted rate.

Q: Are all teachers DBS-checked?

A: Yes, the teachers at SPC are all DBS checked.
