Terms and Conditions

General

Cancellation of lessons by Spanish Connection Language School Ltd. (SPC)
Should a lesson or lessons be cancelled by SPC due to unforeseen circumstances, then either a credit or refund
will be issued for all lessons cancelled.

Invoicing:
Invoices are only issued upon request, should one be required, then please do not hesitate to ask.

Private tuition

Payment:
Lessons must be paid for at the time of booking in blocks of six to ten lessons and cost:
£38 per 1-hour for lessons held at SPC premises £53 per 1-hour for lessons held at your premises.

Rescheduling:
Once booking/payment for private tuition has been made but prior to commencing, lessons can be ‘frozen’ for
a maximum of 6 months or transferred to a nominee if a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.

Once a lesson block has commenced a maximum of two lessons in every six can be rescheduled without charge
if a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.

A full fee will apply to any lessons unattended this is irrespective of circumstance.

Refunds:
Strictly no refunds are given other than those applicable only to new students in our Piece of Mind Policy

Intensive tuition (minimum 6 hours a week)

Payment:
Lessons must be paid for at the time of booking and cost: £39 per hour (Intensive tuition is held at our
premises)

Rescheduling:
Once booking/payment for intensive tuition has been made but prior to commencing, lessons can be ‘frozen’
for a maximum of 6 months or transferred to a nominee if a minimum of one full week’s notice is given.
Once intensive tuition has commenced, a maximum of two hours can be rescheduled without charge if a
minimum 48 hours’ notice is given and those lessons are held within the same calendar week.

Refunds:
Strictly no refunds are given. So please check your commitments before enrolling.

Group tuition

Payment:
Lessons must be paid for at the time of booking and cost:
  • ADULT PROGRAM £23 per 1.5-hour lesson payable in advance for the term.
  • CHILDREN’S PROGRAM: £21 per 1-hour lesson payable in advance for the term.
Terms last on average between 10 and 14 weeks.

Rescheduling:
Depending on the circumstances and subject to availability, lessons can be ‘frozen’ for a maximum of 6 months
or transferred to a nominee as long as one full week’s notice is given.

Once a term has commenced no cancelation or rescheduling of group lessons are allowed.
